Shipping & Delivery Information

Processing Time
We ship all website orders using a third-party logistics company.

  • Local (within Nigeria): Delivery takes 4-10  business days within Lagos State. And 15-20 business days to other states within Nigeria. However, we DO NOT take responsibility for any delay caused by the third party logistics you selected on checkout.

  • International Shipping Notice (Outside Nigeria):

  1. For international delivery, kindly note that delivery period is subject to the terms and conditions of the particular carrier option you selected on checkout.
  2. Also, for your package to be delivered to you, you may incur additional charges such as carrier fees (due to added protective packaging), customs duties and local taxes which are not included in your checkout total and must be settled to receive your package.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
If your order is urgent, please choose the fastest shipping option.

Dispatch Updates
If you haven’t received a shipping or delivery update within the expected time, please email us at info@nigeria.lushhairafrica.com with your order number.

Haven’t Received Your Order Yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait an extra 2–3 days before contacting us. Sometimes, delays happen with the courier.
Once an item has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the delivery company.

We do not offer refunds for lost packages, but we will resend your order if the courier confirms it’s lost and can’t be found.
