Umavezi Ruth The anti-dandruff treatment works, but consistency is key. I found that you have to wash your hair regularly to fully benefit from the product. If I skip washes or don’t reapply, the itching only subsides temporarily and then starts again. When used properly with regular washing and reapplication, it does help manage the dandruff and itching.
